Suspicious Vehicle Fire 6-17-2011
On Friday June 17, 2011 at approximately 2:10 a.m., Capital City Fire Rescue responded to 1501 5th Street in Douglas for a vehicle fire.
Upon arrival, fire personnel found a Ford Ranger pickup truck fully engulfed in flames. The truck was approximately ten feet away from the residence. There were no injuries and the truck was a total loss.
This fire is being investigated as a suspicious fire by the Capital City Fire Marshal's Office and the Juneau Police Department. Anyone with information about this fire is encouraged to contact the Fire Marshal's Office at 586-5322 or the Juneau Police Department.
