Capital City Fire/Rescue4-2-2011 Structure Fire - 1931 Lemon Creek RoadOn Saturday, April 2, 2011, at approximately 2 pm, Capital City Fire Rescue was dispatched to 1931 Lemon Creek Road for a report of a structure fire. Upon arrival, fire personnel found a single story, single family dwelling with smoke seen from the structure, and by standers trying to extinguish the fire. Three engines, 1 ladder truck, 1 ambulance and 1 Rescue truck responded with approximately 25 personnel. The fire was contained to the room of origin. There was smoke and heat damage sustained throughout the sturcture. Two occupants complained of smoke inhalation and were treated by medics on scene. There were no other injuries reported. The cause of the fire was determined to be an electrical malfunction at the main breaker panel. The American Red Cross responded to provide assistance to the occupants.
