Capital City Fire/RescueResidential Structure Fire 1-29-11On Saturday, January 29, 2011, at approximately 11:30 a.m. Capital City Fire Rescue was dispatched to a residential structure fire at 2895 Mendenhall Loop Road. The location was Kodzoff Acres II Space #55. When fire personnel arrived, there was smoke seen coming out of the structures roof eaves. The fire damage was confined to the living room area, however there was significant heat and smoke damage thorughout the home. There were no occupants at home at the time of the fire. The structure was insured and there were no reports of injuries. The cause of the fire is believed to be a halogen lamp in the living room. During this incident,Capital City Fire Rescue was also dispatched to multiple serious medical emergencies throughout the city. |
