5:05 p.m. – 6:10 p.m.
Mr. MacKinnon reported that in the executive session, the Assembly was informed of the status of the ventilation problems with the roof as well as the roof. They read the letter from the three principles involved: Coogan Construction, Jensen Yorba Lott Inc., and Wilson Engineering. In discussing the proposal of the total cost to the city of between $45,000 and $50,000 to remedy the ventilation problems there, the Assembly was unable to come up with the necessary number of nods to participate in the fix. Based on that, the Assembly, recognizing that the problem needs to be fixed, agreed that discussions would continue.
