THE CITY AND BOROUGH OF JUNEAU, ALASKA

MEETING NO. 98-27: The Special meeting of the City and Borough of Juneau Assembly, held in the Assembly Chambers of the Municipal Building, was called to order at 12:00 noon by Deputy Mayor MacKinnon.

    Assembly Absent: Egan

    A quorum was present.

    Staff Present: Marian Miller, Municipal Clerk; Dave Palmer, City Manager; John Corso, City Attorney

  2. CONSENT AGENDA

MOTION - by Garrett, to amend the Consent Agenda deleting item A-1. There being no objection, it was so ordered.

A RESOLUTION URGING THE LEGISLATURE TO ADOPT A COMPROMISE PROPOSAL FOR RETAINING STATE MANAGEMENT OF FISH AND GAME.

Administrative Report: Attached. As this was a policy decision by the Assembly, the Manager had no recommendation.

  1. ADJOURNMENT - There being no further business to come before the Assembly, and no objection, the meeting adjourned at 12:05 p.m.
