NOTE:  Ordinance 2004-31 was advertised for public hearing on September 13.  The Assembly Committee of the Whole met on Thursday, September 9, and recommended that staff meet with trades people and bring back ordinance for public hearing and Assembly action on Monday, October 11, 2004.

An Ordinance Providing For The Issuance And Sale Of General Obligation School Bonds In The Principal Amount Of $6,945,000 For The Purpose Of Financing Certain School Capital Improvements Pursuant To An Election; Providing For The Form And Terms Of The Bonds And For Unlimited Tax Levies To Pay The Bonds; Providing For The Appointment Of A Bond Registrar And Paying Agent For Such Bonds; Authorizing Preliminary Official Statements; Undertaking To Provide Ongoing Disclosure; And Approving The Sale Of Such Bonds.
