An Ordinance Amending The Scope Of The Project Funded By Ordinance 2001-20 (AD), North Ferry Dock Wharf Widening Project, To Include Remodel Costs For Temporary Offices For The United States Customs Field Office, Such Funds Provided By The Port Fund Unreserved Fund Balance.

An Ordinance Authorizing The Issue Of General Obligation Bonds In The Principal Amount Of Not To Exceed $54,000,000 To Finance A New High School, And Submitting A Proposition To The Voters At The Election To Be Held On October 5, 2004.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $2,793 As Partial Funding For The Runway Safety Area I Capital Project. Such Funds Provided By The Federal Aviation Administration.


F. Ordinance 2004-14(E)      Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $1,276,909 As Funding For The Juneau International Airport Taxiway Extension Construction. Such Funds, $1,244,168 Provided By The Federal Aviation Administration, $32,741 By The Alaska Department Of Transportation And Public Facilities.


G. Ordinance 2004-14(F)      Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $904,085 As Partial Funding To Upgrade Police Department Equipment And Procedures, Such Funds Provided By A Grant From The Us Department Of Justice.


H. Ordinance 2004-14(G)     Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $57,625 As Partial Funding For The McGinnis Street Duck Creek Crossing. Such Funds, $25,000, Provided By The United States Fish And Wildlife Service, $32,625 By The United States Department Of Agriculture, Natural Resource Conservation Service.
