An Ordinance Relating To Commercial Passenger Vehicles, And Amending The Traffic Fine Schedule To Provide For Restricted Use Of Public Carrier Stops.

b. Ordinance 2004-17     MAP    Assessment Roll     Letter to Property Owners     Legal Description
An Ordinance Creating Local Improvement District No. 91 Of The City And Borough; Finding That Such Local Improvement District Is In The Public Interest; Setting The Boundaries Of Such Local Improvement District; Providing For The Improvements To Be Acquired, Constructed And Installed Consisting Of Storm Drainage Services To Each Lot, A Storm Water Collection System, New Road Foundation, Asphalt Pavement, Curb And Gutter, Sidewalk On One Side Of The Street, And Upgrades To The Water And Sewer Systems.

An Ordinance Relating To The Use Of Seat Belts And Child Safety Devices, And Providing For A Penalty.

d. Ordinance 2003-19(AX)     Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Transferring $29,106 From The Juneau Police Department To The Docks And Harbors Department As Funding For The Summer Tourism Crossing Guard Program. Such Funds Provided By Marine Passenger Fees. $24,633 Of Funds Appropriated To The Juneau Police Department For This Program Return To The Marine Passenger Fees Fund Balance.

A Resolution Reestablishing The Rules Of Procedure For Assembly Advisory Boards, And Repealing Resolutions 282, 333, 421, 435, 1180, And 1213.
