An Ordinance Of The Assembly Of The City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Providing For The Issuance And Sale Of General Obligation Bonds Of The City And Borough In The Aggregate Principal Amount Of $14,000,000 For The Purpose Of Financing Certain Capital Improvements Pursuant To An Election Authorizing The Same; Providing The Date, Form, Terms And Maturities Of The Bonds To Be Issued And For Unlimited Tax Levies To Pay The Principal Thereof And Interest Thereon; Providing For The Appointment Of A Bond Registrar And Paying Agent For Such Bonds; Authorizing A Preliminary Official Statement; Undertaking To Provide Ongoing Disclosure; And Approving The Sale Of Such Bonds.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $2,333 As Partial Funding For Security Upgrades To The Juneau International Airport. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Transportation And Public Facilities.

f. Ordinance 2003-19(I)      Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $366,846 As Partial Funding For Construction Of Restrooms In The Secure Area Departure Lounge And Other Security Upgrades To The Juneau International Airport. Such Funds, $356,317, Provided By The Federal Aviation Administration And $10,529 By The Alaska Department Of Transportation And Public Facilities.

g. Ordinance 2003-19(J)     Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $516,667 As Additional Funding For The Environmental Impact Study For Improvements At The Juneau International Airport. Such Funds, $500,000, Provided By The Federal Aviation Administration And $16,667 By The Alaska Department Of Transportation And Public Facilities.

h. Ordinance 2003-19(K)     Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $3,364,523 As Partial Funding For The Taxiway Rehabilitation At The Juneau International Airport. Such Funds, $3,255,990, Provided By The Federal Aviation Administration And $108,533 By The Alaska Department Of Transportation And Public Facilities.

i. Ordinance 2003-19(L)        Backup
An Ordinance Transferring To The Manager The Sum Of $500,000 For The Noise Abatement Loan Program. Such Funds Provided By Marine Passenger Fees.

A Resolution Amending the Personnel Rules to Modify the Pay Schedules for City and Borough Employees Who Are Not Members of a Bargaining Unit, and Making Assorted Changes to the Personnel Rules.
