An Ordinance Relating To Downtown Congestion, Amending The Rules Of The Road Code Regarding Loading Zones, And Regarding Taxi Passenger Loading And Discharge, And Establishing A Penalty.

An Ordinance Deappropriating The Sum Of $50,000 Of Eaglecrest’s FY03 Operating Budget. Such Funds Were Provided By The Eaglecrest Unreserved Fund Balance.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $10,938 To Adjust Fiscal Year 2003 Budgeted Library Grants To The Actual Grant Amounts Received. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Education And Early Development.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $60,000 As Partial Funding For Phase I Of The Terminal Expansion Feasibility Study And Design At The Juneau International Airport. Such Funds Provided By The Passenger Facility Charges.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $33,000 For Seatbelt Enforcement And Dedicated Patrols Of U. S. Forest Service Campgrounds, Recreation Areas And Trailheads In The Juneau Area By The Juneau Police Department. Funds In The Amount Of $21,500 Provided By The Alaska Department Of Public Safety And, $11,500 Provided By The U. S. Forest Service.

A Resolution Reestablishing The Rules Of Procedure For The Assembly Of The City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska And Repealing Resolution No. 2187.

A Resolution Adopting The Capital Improvement Program For Fiscal Years 2004 Through 2009 And Establishing The Capital Improvement Project Priorities Of The City And Borough Of Juneau For The Fiscal Year 2004.

A Resolution Establishing The Rate Of Levy For Property Taxes For The Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2003.

d. Resolution 2217
A Resolution Respectfully Urging The Alaska Delegation To The Congress Of The United States To Support Full Funding For The Federal Payment In Lieu Of Taxes Program.

a. E02-259 Adair Kennedy Climbing Wall.

This project is to supply and install a precast concrete climbing wall with standard handholds as installed by the Manufacturer. Work also includes excavation, drainage system installation, cast in place concrete foundations, and supply and installation of a loose fill ADA compliant fall protection surface.

b. Bid 03-288, Purchase and Delivery of Liquid Emulsified Asphalt.

An Ordinance Creating The Offense Of Driving While License Suspended, Revoked, Or Cancelled, Providing For The Impoundment Of Motor Vehicles Involved In Serious Driving Offenses, And Providing For A Penalty For License Violation And For Driving With An Open Container Of An Alcoholic Beverage.

An Ordinance Amending The CBJ Mining Ordinance To Allow Summary Approval Of Amendments To Existing Mine Permits Outside The Roaded Service Area.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $10,000 For Totem Pole Restoration And Relocation. Such Funds Provided By A Donation From The Juneau Rotary Club.
