A. Ordinance 2003-11
An Ordinance Amending the General Penalty to Increase the Fine for a Class A Misdemeanor, and Establishing Community Work as a Condition of Probation; Amending the Traffic Code Regarding Driving While Intoxicated, and Establishing the Offense of Minor Operating a Vehicle After Consuming Alcohol.

B. Ordinance 2003-14
An Ordinance Of The City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Authorizing The City And Borough To Issue General Obligation Bonds In The Principal Amount Of Not To Exceed $12,500,000 To Finance Renovations And Repairs To The School Facilities Of The City And Borough; Providing For The Submission To The Qualified Voters Of The City And Borough At The Election To Be Held Therein On June 3, 2003, Of A Proposition As To Whether Or Not The City And Borough Should Incur Such Indebtedness And Issue Such Bonds For Such Purposes; And Providing For The Repayment Of The Bonds So Authorized.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $846,433 As Partial Funding For Juneau-Douglas High School Renovation Project. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Community And Economic Development.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $301,268 As Partial Funding For The Juneau-Douglas High School Renovation Project. Such Funds Provided By Interest Income Earned On Grant Advances And Unspent Bond Proceeds.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum of $5,000 For Continuation Of Youth/Adult Partnerships At The Pipeline Skate Park. Such Funds Provided By the Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium.

F. Ordinance 2002-18 (BB)   Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $60,900 As Partial Funding For The Area Wide Trail Maintenance Project, $25,000, And the Waterfront Open Space Land Acquisition Project, $35,900. Such Funds Provided By Marine Passenger Fees.
