An Ordinance Amending the General Penalty to Increase the Fine for a Class A Misdemeanor, and Establishing Community Work as a Condition of Probation; Amending the Traffic Code Regarding Driving While Intoxicated, and Establishing the Offense of Minor Operating a Vehicle After Consuming Alcohol.

b. Ordinance 2003-12  Backup Information
An Ordinance of the City and Borough of Juneau, Alaska, Authorizing the City and Borough to Issue General Obligation Bonds in the Principal Amount of Not to Exceed $6,500,000 to Finance Renovations and Repairs to the School Facilities of the City and Borough; Providing For the Submisstion to the Qualified Voters of the City and Borough At The Election To Be Held Therein On June 3, 2003, Of A Proposition As To Whether Or Not The City And Borough Should Incur Such Indebtedness And Issue Such Bonds For Such Purposes; And Providing For The Repayment Of The Bonds So Authorized.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $846,433 As Partial Funding For Juneau-Douglas High School Renovation Project. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Community And Economic Development.

e. Ordinance 2002-18(AR)   Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $301,268 As Partial Funding For The Juneau-Douglas High School Renovation Project. Such Funds Provided By Interest Income Earned On Grant Advances And Unspent Bond Proceeds.

f. Ordinance 2002-18 (BA)   Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum of $5,000 For Continuation Of Youth/Adult Partnerships At The Pipeline Skate Park. Such Funds Provided By the Southeast Alaska Regional Health Consortium.

g. Ordinance 2002-18 (BB)   Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $60,900 As Partial Funding For The Area Wide Trail Maintenance Project, $25,000, And the Waterfront Open Space Land Acquisition Project, $35,900. Such Funds Provided By Marine Passenger Fees.

A Resolution Authorizing the Manager to Donate a Surplus 1995 Chevrolet K3500 Type I Class 2 Ambulance to the Juneau Amateur Radio Club

An Ordinance Establishing the Intent of the City and Borough to Surplus a Lot Located on the West Side of Shelter Island Acquired by Tax Foreclosure from David Richard Ranck of Cobano Paintarenas, Costa Rica, and Finding That a Public Need Does Not Exist for this Property.

An Ordinance Amending The Criminal Code Relating to the Offense of Disturbing The Peace To Limit Operation of Heavy Equipment On Legal Holidays.
