An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $29,000,000 As Partial Funding For Bartlett Regional Hospital’s Project 2005. Such Funds, $20,000,000, Provided By Revenue Bonds, And $9,000,000 By Anticipated Sales Tax Revenue.

An Ordinance Of City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Authorizing Certain Improvements To Steamship Wharf/Marine Park; Authorizing The Sale And Issuance Of Revenue Bonds Of The City And Borough In The Principal Amount Of Not To Exceed $6,165,000, For The Purpose Of Providing Permanent Financing For Said Improvements; And Providing For The Repayment Of Such Bonds Over A Term Of Years; Fixing The Date, Form, Terms, Maturities And Covenants Of The Bonds; Providing A Method Of Payment Therefore; And Reserving The Right To Issue Revenue Bonds On A Parity With The Bonds Upon Compliance With Certain Conditions.
