An Ordinance Of The Assembly Of The City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Providing For The Issuance And Sale Of General Obligation Bonds Of The City And Borough In The Aggregate Principal Amount Of Not To Exceed $1,000,000 For The Purpose Of Financing Certain Capital Improvements Pursuant To An Election Authorizing The Same; Providing The Date, Form, Terms And Maturities Of The Bonds To Be Issued And For Unlimited Tax Levies To Pay The Principal Thereof And Interest Thereon; Appointing A Registrar And Paying Agent For Such Bonds; Authorizing A Preliminary Official Statement; And Approving The Sale Of Such Bonds.

b. Ordinance 2002-44
An Ordinance Amending The Liquor Control Code Regarding Assembly Action On State Liquor Licenses.

c. Ordinance 2002-18(AI)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Transferring To The Manager The Sum Of $548,745 To Close Various Bartlett Regional Hospital Capital Projects. 

d. Ordinance 2002-18(AJ)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $12,000 For The Construction Of A Water main In Wilma Avenue. Such Funds Provided By The Water Extension Fund.

e. Ordinance 2002-18(AK)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $80,000 For The Effluent Copper Concentrations Evaluation And Analysis At The Mendenhall Valley Wastewater Treatment Plant ($50,000) And A Wastewater Utility Cost Allocations And User Rate Study ($30,000). Such Funds Provided By The Sewer Fund Retained Earnings.

A Resolution Of The Assembly Of The City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Fixing The Final Principal Amounts And Interest Rates Of The General Obligation Refunding Bonds, 2002B Authorized By Ordinance Serial No. 2002-36 And Accepting A Bid For The Purchase Of Said Bonds.

b. Resolution 2183
A Resolution Authorizing Participation In The Community Development Block Grant Program And Endorsing An Application From Juneau Alliance For Mental Health, Inc.

3. Transfers

a. T-738
Transfer moving $18, 962 in FY02 Areawide Sales Tax from the Safe Routes to Schools project to a new project, Dowtown Tourism Transportation Study.
