An Ordinance Amending The Table Of Permissible Uses To Allow Temporary Construction And Manufacturing Uses Associated With An Approved State Or Municipal Public Road Construction Project, Major Development, Or New Growth Area Development In D-3 Zones.

c. Ordinance 2001-20(AS)
An Ordinance Repealing Appropriating Ordinance 99-17(M), Which Appropriated The Sum Of $2,000,000 To Construct A 1 Million Gallon Reservoir And Pump Station In The Lena Point Area. Such Funds Provided By A Loan From The Alaska Department Of Environmental Conservation.
