An Ordinance Of The City And Borough Of Juneau, Alaska, Amending Ordinance Serial No. 99-28am, And Providing For The Submission To The Qualified Voters Of The City And Borough At The Election To Be Held Therein On October 2, 2001, Of The Proposition As To Whether Or Not The City And Borough Should Split The Authorization Of Indebtedness Issued Thereunder As Provided In Said Ordinance.

b. Ordinance 2001-20(H)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $170,000 As Partial Funding For The North Douglas Boat Ramp Improvements Project. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Fish And Game.
This ordinance will appropriate an $170,000 grant from the Alaska Department of Fish and Game as partial funding for the North Douglas Boat Ramp improvement project.

c. Ordinance 2001-20(I)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $271,350 For Phase I Of The Downtown Transit Center And Limited Update Of The Transit Development Plan. Such Funds, $197,600, Provided By Federal Transit Administration, And, $73,750, Provided By The Alaska Department Of Transportation And Public Facilities.

d. Ordinance 2001-20(J)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $8,070 For Photo Documentation And Inventory At The Juneau Douglas City Museum. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Education – Alaska State Museum.

e. Ordinance 2001-20(K)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $1,000 For Women’s Leadership Training. Such Funds Provided By The Women’s Sports Foundation.

f. Ordinance 2001-20(L)
    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $1,745,000 As Partial Funding For Construction Of A New Road On Lena Point. Such Funds Provided By The National Marine Fisheries Service. 

g. Ordinance 2001-20(M)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $350,329 For The Following Capital Projects: Runway Safety Area Expansion EIS, Terminal Roof Rehabilitation, Acquisition Of Aircraft Rescue And Fire Fighting Vehicle And The Airport Revolving Capital Reserve Account. Such Funds Provided By The Passenger Facility Charges.

2. Transfers

a. T-712, Transferring $20,000 in FY99 Areawide Street Sales Tax from St. Ann’s Avenue Reconstruction to the Capitol Avenue Reconstruction.

b. T-713, Transferring $50,000 in FY01 Marine Passenger Fees from the VisitorCenter/Waterfront Shelter to the Juneau Convention and Visitors Bureau Center.

An Ordinance Amending The Traffic Code Relating To The Offenses Of Operating A Motor Vehicle, Aircraft, Or Watercraft While Intoxicated And Refusal To Take A Breath Test; Relating To Implied Consent To Take A Chemical Test; And Relating To Presumptions Arising From The Amount Of Alcohol In A Person's Breath Or Blood.
