An Ordinance Authorizing The Manager To Authorize The Commissioner Of The Alaska Department Of Administration And The Chancellor Of The University Of Alaska Southeast To Appoint Parking Enforcement Agents.

c. Ordinance 2001-42
An Ordinance Exempting The Property Tax Code To Exempt 25% Of The Value Of Owner-Occupied Residential Property, To A Maximum Of $10,000.

d. Ordinance 2001-43
An Ordinance Amending The Traffic Code Relating To The Offenses Of Operating A Motor Vehicle, Aircraft, Or Watercraft While Intoxicated And Refusal To Take A Breath Test; Relating To Implied Consent To Take A Chemical Test; And Relating To Presumptions Arising From The Amount Of Alcohol In A Person's Breath Or Blood.

e. Ordinance 2001-20(F)    Economic Impact Statement
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $35,000 For Aerial Photography And Color Infrared And/Or Hyperspectral Imagery Of The City’s Coastal Areas. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Community And Economic Development.

f. Ordinance 2001-20(G)
An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $100,000 For Improvements To The Wells In The Last Chance Basin. Such Funds Provided By The Water Fund Retained Earnings.
