An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $10,000 For A Grant To Juneau Housing Trust, Inc. For A Feasibility Study For The Renovation Of The Gross Building. Such Funds Provided By The Low Income Housing Fund.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $4,976.66 For A Grant To Juneau Housing Trust, Inc. For Reimbursement Of Building Permit Fees Involving Four Low Income Houses. Such Funds Provided By The Low Income Housing Fund.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $500,000 For Dredging And Disposal Of Material From The North Steamship Wharf Area. Such Funds Provided By The Port Fund Unreserved Fund Balance.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $57,500 For Employee Negotiated Wage Increases. Such Funds, $175,000 Provided By Harbors Retained Earnings, $75,000 Provided By Docks Retained Earnings, $125,000 From Harbors General Operations - Board Contingency And $50,000 From Docks General Operations – Board Contingency.
