      An Ordinance Amending The Health And Sanitation Code To Prohibit The Creation Of A Bear Attraction Nuisance, Control The Storage Of Putrescible Waste, Require Ownership Identification On Garbage Cans, And Prohibit The Unauthorized Use Of Garbage Containers.

      An Ordinance Amending The Sales Tax Code To Repeal And Reenact The Exemption For Sales By School Sanctioned Groups And To Amend The Exemption For Sales At School Cafeterias.

    An Ordinance Amending The Traffic Code To Require Parade Permits For Stationary Street Demonstrations And To Provide For Street Closure Permits.

      An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $350,000 As Partial Funding To Move And Reconstruct The Valley Court Lift Station And $387,500 For Additional Improvements To The Mendenhall Wastewater Treatment Plant (MWWTP). Such Funds Provided By Loans From The Alaska Department Of Environmental Conservation.

      An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $20,277 As Partial Funding To Move And Reconstruct The Valley Court Lift Station. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Transportation And Public Facilities.

      An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $20,000 As Partial Funding For Improvements To South Twin Lakes. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Transportation And Public Facilities.

      An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $111,456 As Partial Funding For New Police Station. Such Funds Provided By Interest Income.

    h.    Ordinance 2001-11(AU)

      An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $19,500 To Plan, Develop And Install Interpretive Signs That Identify Traditional Tlingit Places Throughout The City And Borough Of Juneau. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Natural Resources.

      An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $4,500 To Continue Historic Preservation Of The Jualpa Mine Camp Historic District Located In The Last Chance Basin. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Natural Resources.

      An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $3,984 For Travel To A Historic Preservation Workshop In Anchorage, Alaska. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Natural Resources.

      An Ordinance De-Appropriating The Sum Of $2,319,041 For The Chemical Dependency Special Revenue Fund Fy01 Budget. Such Funds Provided By Grants, Fees And Transfers, And Fund Balance.

      This ordinance will de-appropriate the Chemical Dependency Special Revenue Fund FY01 budget.

      An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $2,052,300 To The Fy01 Bartlett Regional Hospital Budget For Chemical Dependency Services. Such Funds Provided By Grants, Fees, Transfers And Bartlett Regional Hospital Retained Earnings.

An Ordinance Appropriating To The Manager The Sum Of $90,000 As Partial Funding For Purchase Of Replacement Paratransit Vans. Such Funds Provided By The Alaska Department Of Transportation And Public Facilities.

A Resolution Authorizing the Manager to Lease A .25 Acre Parcel of Land Near Crazy Horse Drive at a Reduced Rate to Southeast Alaska Food Bank for the Purpose of Operating a Food Warehouse.

A Transfer Request that closes five projects and transfers excess funding in two ongoing projects to provide additional funding for two capital improvement projects.
